Við höfum samband við notandann ef við fáum svona kvartanir og gefum honum 24 tíma til að fjarlægja efnið sé það geymt á okkar miðlurum sé það ekki gert fjarlægjum við það fyrir hann.
En eins og í þessu tilviki, þar sem verið er að nota "eDonkey" (p2p file sharing hugbúnaður) þá fær notandinn eingöngu aðvörun.
Við höfum ekki enn fengið fleiri en eina kvörtun á sama notandann.
